La Dolce Vita is a brand new 2000 sq ft (4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10)), luxury oceanfront home with spacious rooms and sweeping ocean views. La Dolce Vita features a large expanse of uncrowded beach in front of house including a private walkway from house to beach. Two large decks overlook nothing but ocean with walkouts from both levels.
We built La Dolce Vita based on 28 years of family vacationing experience, and the family experience matters to us. The house utilizes an innovative floor plan designed to maximize comfort and occupancy with a focus on family conveniences. Two family rooms (upstairs and downstairs), massive open kitchen, dining table and bar seat 12, private bathroom access in three of four bedrooms, family fun bunk room contains 4 bunk beds (extra long), high-chair and pack-n-play available. These are just a few of the features of Holden Beach’s premier new luxury beachfront vacation home, La Dolce Vita.
